Choices such as metallics, pearls & 3 layer specialty pearls give a vibrancy to factory finishes previously not available. Quick touch ups of these colours are not recommended, correct techniques & equipment are essential to eliminate colour fade or edging out against the original baked factory finish.

Damage Smash Repairs uses a computerised paint mixing system which is incorporated with PPG automotive paints. They also use M.O.S.E.S (Mobile On Site Electronic Sun), colour matching light, which guarantees an accurate colour match on time everytime, even on overcast days where colour variations could be a problem.

Damage Smash Repairs Aussie Bake Downdraft climatic controlled baking oven, allows our technicians to refinish your vehicle to manfacturers specifications, regardless of weather conditions. This eliminates moisture trapment between the body work & top coat finish which can occur in wet weather or vehicles being refinished outdoors.

IRT Infra red drying lamps are also part of our refinishing technology, which allows us to cure paint work quicker for jobs that require quick turn around. Eg: Refinish small areas of repair that need to be done in one day without compromising on quality or warranty.

Our Airline End Draught Spray Booth allows us to do small repair touch ups if required, utilising IRT technology, protecting the technicians, providing a safer work environment.
